National Meetings Industry Day

Every year, National Meetings Industry Day celebrates the significance of the Canadian meetings industry and the value of meetings.  This year, MPI chapters across Canada shared in hosting NMID events on Thursday, April 15, 2010.   The Atlantic Canada chapter hosted a World Cafe Session focusing on the economic impact of meetings and future opportunities.     Hélène Moberg, Destination Halifax's Executive Director of Sales, attended MPI Toronto's Chapter Lunch Presentation featuring a panel of industry leaders sharing success stories despite these challenging times.    Our Director of Group Sales, Catherine Porter, attended MPI Ottawa's afternoon session on Building Prosperity through Education with keynote speaker Deidre McMurdry.   We encourage industry partners to attend future... MPI Ottawa 2010 Round Table Luncheon
